I checked with Piyush Patel to see what the cause of death meant. He pointed out that it listed both cerebral embolus - a stroke - and coronary embolus - a heart attack - so the GP was just guessing wildly. The Reynauds Phenomenon was just observed and wasn't anything to do with the death.
