Gramps ID P0544

Narrative

71 and 72 and 73 High Street Cefn Coed were owned by Margaret Williams (latterly Margaret Thomas). She left in her will, made 1925 and executed 1930:

number 73 (Rising Sun Stores) for the use of Mary Ann (Polly) Jones during her lifetime, and then to someone called David William Jones of 25 holford Street, reputedly Margaret's nephew, but I can't find a David William among Caroline's children. David William Jones was presumably Dai the Rising, but who was he?

house number 72 for the use of Mary Ann Jones during her life and then to Charles Jones, both daughters of her sister Caroline.

house number 71 to Charles Jones, where he lived in 1925.

Margaret also owned 42 (not 41) Gwaelodygart. In 1925 it was occupied by a Walter Edwards. Margaret left it to her stepson Harry Thomas.
