Narrative
Spoke both English and Welsh (according to the Charlie Williams 1901 census).
In the 1911 census, said to have given birth to 13 live children, of whom 6 are still living and 7 have died.
Narrative
The evidence for William Hewitt Williams, father of Charlie, being the same person as William Williams, brother of Sarah Williams mother-of-JTW and grandmother-of-Gwladys, is:
Gwaldys and Charlie were always believed in the family to be first cousins. This identity makes that true, once removed.
William Hewitt Williams's marriage certificate gives his father as Thomas Williams, Grocer. He lives in Cefn Coed and his birthdate agrees with that of William Williams, brother of Sarah.
So I've rebuilt the tree with this identity taken as true.
