subject Got there
Hi Margaret and Emrys
I think the trouble was my end, that was my first unsuccessful attempt I then chased my tail round from there. Am in now and impressed.
I see the first picture, Beren Marley, serious accident victim, it’s a subject close to my heart, a group raised money for Stoke Mandeville Hospital and were invited there by Jimmy Saville. We were shown round the hospital, which didn’t seem much more than war time billets, by a quadraplegic who had met and married a quadraplegic at the hospital and against all odds produced a son. Since then I have become a starter for athletics and have organised an athletics event for about 16 years for children with special needs, I have to admit though I get as much from it as they do.
Have spoken to Peter and Ivor was clerk of works at the City of London School for Girls, St Giles’ Terrace, Barbican, Peter went to visit him there.
Bit more about Wella, she was apparently brought up by Edgar and Beaty Watkins until she was 14 believing they were her parents.
Attached are some more pics some I have straightened and most have been cleaned, the odd brick, shoe or leg might seem a little strange but the overall effect is better.
Keep up the good work.
Mike
